
Glen is a seasoned professional whose 40-year career has spanned multiple facets of the entertainment industry. Glen's diverse talents have made him a well-rounded industry veteran, from globetrotting as a musician and audio engineer to becoming a recognized television host and camera operator.
An Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology graduate in London, Ontario, Glen furthered his expertise through business studies at the University of New Brunswick and specialized training in mastering at Abbey Road Studios in London with renowned mastering engineer Chris Blair. His skills were honed further with Aiden Foley at Windmill Lane Masterlabs in Dublin, Ireland.
With over 35 years of experience in live sound reinforcement and recording engineering, Glen is an award-winning engineer/producer, having worked on multi-Francofête and ECMA projects. In addition to his technical expertise, he has made significant contributions to both the corporate and entertainment sectors, producing hundreds of corporate documentaries, television shows, and videos for clients worldwide.
His extensive credits include work as a field sound engineer for CBC, CTV, Radio Canada, and National Film Board of Canada documentaries, as well as camera operation for Discovery Channel, TSN, Sportsnet, and numerous other major broadcasters. Glen also served as the executive producer, host, and creator of The New Brunswick Adventures and The Fishing Musicians series, the latter of which has aired in over 12 countries and 55 episodes.
In the community, Glen has directed major events, such as the Bathurst Hospitality Days, and contributed to countless various charities including the Red Cross, Canadian Cancer Society, and CNIB.
A passionate advocate for local initiatives, Glen is the executive director and creator of Bathurst Radio Inc. (103.3 Phantom FM), a station that revitalized the historic Old Post Office building in Bathurst and brought over $250,000 in upgrades to the region.
Whether behind the scenes or in front of the camera, Glen continues to be a driving force in the entertainment industry, blending his technical expertise with a deep passion for creativity and community.
Glen was the Sound unit chef for the 2003 Canada Games.
