GLEN FERGUSON

  • Glen’s 40-year career has taken him globetrotting with music as a professional musician, as an audio engineer/sound mixer, a television host, and a camera operator. 

  • Graduate from The Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology, London, Ontario.

  • Studies in business at The University of New Brunswick.

  • Training in Mastering @Abbey Road Studios in London, England with then Chief Mastering engineer, Chris Blair.Mastering training with Aiden Foley – Windmill Lane Masterlabs in Dublin, Ireland

  • Sound and Lighting Unit Chef for the 2003 Canada Winter Games.

  • Award-winning engineer/producer including multi Francofete and ECMA projects.

  • 35 years of live sound re-enforcement and recording engineering

  • Recipient of New Brunswick Innovative awards of excellence.

  • Has produced hundreds of corporate documentaries, television, and corporate videos for clients internationally.

  • Field sound engineer on several CTV Radio Canada and CBC documentaries, traveling internationally.

  • Contracted by Discovery Channel, CTV, TSN, Sportsnet, CBC, National Film Board of Canada, and many large and small corporate clients as a professional camera operator.

  • Represented New Brunswick’s delegation at the Jeux De La Francophonie, Madagascar with Danny Boudreau (Acadien recording artist)

  • Donated to many charities over the years including Red Cross, Canadian Cancer Society, CNIB, Mental Health Awareness, SPCA.

  • Host and producer of two television series airing on various television broadcasters internationally (before YouTube).

  • The New Brunswick Adventures (on Discovery Channel, CTV and Travel and Escape channel in conjunction with The Province of New Brunswick-Tourism and Parks) Duties include executive producer, host, music creator, sound designer,          camera operator.

  • The Fishing Musicians – filmed in 12 countries, 55 episodes to date, and has aired throughout the Caribbean, South, and North America. As well as various Government and private platforms such as airlines,  customer rail services and more. Presently archived episodes on Youtube.

  • Executive director and creator of Bathurst Radio Inc. - 103.3 Phantom FM, CJUJ in Bathurst, New Brunswick.  The city's newest radio station.

  • In 2014, we installed the radio station at the iconic building in Bathurst; The Old Post Office in Bathurst, the region's most iconic federally designated heritage building. This also resulted in over $250,000.00 worth of upgrades to the building. Generated by Phantom FM and Ferguson Audio.
